Why study organizational leadership at Northwestern?
The Master of Organizational Leadership (MOL) degree is available completely online or in a blended learning format taught both on campus and online. This degree can be completed in as little as 18–22 months. There is also an option for you to earn a Graduate Certificate in Leadership after only five select courses.
