Invest your life in preparing the next generation of children and their families to follow Christ and make an impact in their local communities.
Our Children’s ministry minor can be added to a variety of ministry majors or to any number of other majors at Northwestern. Our vision is to equip those who have a special calling to work with children and families with the practical skills that they need to understand how children develop spiritually. We are committed to raising up graduates who can provide leadership in nonprofits and the local church so children and their families can receive the training and support they need to be healthy spaces for spiritual growth to occur. Christian Service credits and Ministry Internships can also be completed as a part of this minor.

My heart is set on being a youth minister and changing the lives of the youth in America today. Currently, I'm serving as a youth director at a small Chinese church. It's been great being able to understand where they're coming from and how to develop them in their faith.
